The house nestles into it’s hillside location and has wonderful views down the Warburton Valley. I hope to get back there soon to take some photos of the completed house.

Beautiful views over the Yarra Valley to Mt. St. Leonard. So far most of the work has been site preparation and a small amount of demolition but before Christmas I set out the building, and Neil the concreter and I were able to drill and pour the concrete piers. The plumber will be in next week to start on the sub floor drains so we can get started on the concrete slab.

I visited the site recently and the exterior is almost complete. The bricks still need the bagging coats and the garage needs the corrugated iron cladding installed, but it is not holding up work on the interior, which is underway.
